Shipping Policy
- All orders placed after 7:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch on next day and delivered to you as per given timelines.
- Any order placed after 7:00 pm on saturday or government holiday will be automatically processed for dispatch on monday or next working day due to non-availability of courier service.
- For orders placed during festival months, holidays & weekends(i.e saturday & sunday), there might be a delay in delivery due to stock shortage and overloaded shipments.
- While placing an order your shipping details should be correct, as any delay in delivery due to wrong shipping details will be sole responsibility of customer only.
- We usually deliver your orders for products (Khajur Pak) on the next day of receiving your orders, provided the orders are received before 9 PM on the previous day.
- We usually ship your Natural Kitchen orders, within 1 working days of receiving your order.
- We have our own delivery staff and have partnered with multiple Courier service providers for shipping across Delhi. Depending on the destination location, it takes between 2 to 4 days for an order to be delivered.
- We also accept orders from other locations across India.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order, within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Expected Delivery times may be impacted due to operational challenges beyond our control.

Delivery Timelines:
- Gujarat – 1 to 2 working days.
- Rest of India – 4 to 5 working days.
